Shot in the dark, but relates to what happened to me: Maybe reflash OTA 10.3. Then follow the steps that you mentioned to install twrp/root, EXCEPT the flashing stock boot img. I omitted that step and didn't have issues... Just my experience.

I'm getting surprisingly good battery life with this rom/kernel, especially since its running at 1.5 ghz. It also doesn't get extremely hot as id expect. Thanks Clemsyn, eager to see how our tegras will handle 1.6.

I would flash that in a heartbeat. Running the 1.5 kernel and its working out great. I'll see how the battery does by the end of the day.

my sd card and emmc seems to be switched, as its detecting sd card as main storage and emmc as the external storage. How do i swap this?

Have you tried redoing the process? Doing proper wipes and then installing cm7? Also, how long did you wait until you decide it was no good?

settings -> device settings -> fingerprint sensor navigation -> scroll to the bottom to "NAV enable" and select disable.

Charge your phone to its fullest capacity (I guess that would be ~90 for you) Wipe battery stats in recovery, reboot. Let the battery drain completely, until the atrix shuts off. Watch a bunch of videos or something. Recharge back to full capacity, hopefully 100%

Im running faux's 1.7 kernel and ive undervolted with set cpu. My idle temps are around 44C for cpu and 33C for battery. Do you have a lot of background processes?
