Had the same issue with the official BETA of CM7. Don't know why it does that because no one report the issue... I did try to change the throttle_threshold_bytes with my contract data plan 1 gig (1073741824) and rebooted. I confirm it solve the issue Many thanks!

Is it possible that you first installed those app in internal storage and after changed the default storage location to your SD? If it is the case maybe the update is installed in another partition then your initial app installation?

I've never setup a wireless connection with an extender... Have you tried with any other wireless device like a laptop if you have the same issue? Is your extender on the same channel of your router? Same ESSID?

I'am not really sure but in all post I've read, there is no way for now to "Relock" your phone... Pretty sure it will stay with the "Unlock" label when booting... Google is your friend.... Good Luck!

Did you tried from another music app like PlayerPro? you can also try to change the default storage location in: Settings --> Storage --> Storage Location
