According to my experience it's the same issue on cm 13 official nightlys. Should the file you mentioned exist already vor do I habe to create it? Because for me it doesn't. Also I haven't tried specifically, it might be the same issue for me on my current Rom (Sultans 12.1) because it worked...

Well, as I've mentioned a few posts before, cm 13 official nightlys aren't working either, so either the problem is in the cm13 sources itself or also in the stock kernel. Stock cm 13 kernel is probably not worth trying.

If thats the case trying another kernel would be an idea. I'll probably get my multirom setup working again and try it out later. Any suggestions of which kernel to test with?

I kind oft expected this. I'll test it with latest cm 13 nightlies, if that isn't working either it should be an cm issue. Maybe I also just nuked my Installation of your Rom with xposed and stuff :laugh: I'll re-test later^^ Edit: same problem on official cm 13 nightlies, so thats a cm issue^^
