Well this is a guess but do you have a "Not Responding" issue for most of the apps you try to open? If so, be cautious since you might lose your internal memory. Do not plug the charger for a long time and ask an expert for further help. I had same problem and lost Internal memory.

I had same problem. Go to the menu from where you move applications to SD Card. Choose the ones you use more often. like Internet browser, Social media apps, etc. Tap "Clear data" button to clear data. This way you free up some space.

Yes. It is a hardware problem. As far as I know there are two options, either changing the hardware nor mounting a apart of SD Card as Internal Memory. First one is useless as it is costly and results might not be conclusive. However, I think, the latter might be applicable. But I don't know...
