As far as the white encrypting being stuck that is how I lost root I would boot to TWRP and only return to it the only way is for factory recovery to do a erase thus loosing TWRP and root, hoping to get a TOT file to have root again :|

download it then use root explorer to move it with the system apps don't forget to reboot when your done.
