Is there an option to do nfc with screen off in this rom that I'm missing? I've tried with xpoaed and can't figure out a way to get it to work. Researched and flashed stuff for 6 hours. Any help is appreciated.

You might wanna try re flashing the July build, if you read through the thread it seems it had less problems. My experience included. If you still have the home screen notification problems make sure it's not something with your launcher

How do we get stock recovery back after restoring efs with twrp without flashing a stock image and losing the imei again? Or will the imei stay this time?

Superman rom has an option to turn the phone on without pressing the home button just putting your finger on it like newer fingerprint readers. It doesn't always work but most of the time it's pretty fast.

I am also curious, I have the moto z and am using the rr rom with working moto mods, but I would prefer Z Play for battery life. There is a kernel called turbo z that the same guy that made the mods work says will work on other moto Z models. Has anyone tried it? Or successfully gotten any mods...

Yes if you are using the hltevzw twrp then just flash the hlte generic twrp and u can flash roms that don't require the hltevzw twrp to see the right rom is version is being flashed.

Old 4.4 rom on new vzw bootloader I did and c-rom. Which i love. But with both of them lte data goes in and out. I've tried a bunch of things but can't figure it out. It's weird editing apns causes them to be deleted. Any ideas anyone?
