    Whenever I download things from the Play Store, or Google Drive with WiFi the download speeds start fast but then after about a few seconds the Play Store says "Waiting for WiFi" for a bit and then it starts the download again but at ~40kB/s. In Google Chrome I don't have this issue and files...
