The wife took the update and is really liking her battery usage. Said it is lasting way longer before needing charged(no definitive proof here. just what she said). She is trying to get use to the ui changes. So i decided to go ahead and update mine as the last week or so it has been lagging...

No audio problems here on stock with klx 020 using Google's play music.

There is also a cnd4 image posted in the thread, but you are correct there is no nf3. Might be worth asking if someone could make one, I would but there where issues with that update( why I won't update) and US Cellular pulled it and the S3 is my family's backup and don't wanna have issues with...
