Does anyone have this odd battery problem? Basically, if I fully discharge my phone and then charge up to 100 % it will last for about 5 or 6 hours of on screen time but if say I got back from college at like 40% and then charged it to 100% the battery only lasts for about like 3 to 4 hours.

No I'm not but I think I managed to fix it as upon booting to recovery TWRP asks to decrypt data and then all my files in the install section had their proper names again so I was able to flash the update with no problems and it still says that my phone is encrypted.
