hi guys,, i remember a similar experience sometime back.. try this. if u have turn on the proximity sensor i mean the advance feature where the phone screen doesn't turn on while in pocket , switch it off and restart the phone and see if the problem still exist.

check if your csc is included in the CSC list on op first post.. if its there it should safe to proceed. do check every thing and dont forget to make a backup

well... if it absolutely necessary wipe internal storage as i dont think its required. copy everything u want like DCIM, backups, pictures , whatsapp etc ( dont copy app data etc like Andoid folder etc) . then wipe cleaned the rom and flashed new. then copy them back while connected the phone...
