Interesting thoughts. I am getting a new Note 8 tomorrow and this is in my shopping cart. I have been wondering about this as I have heard traditional screen protectors don't work well on the rounded glass.

    Post Bluetooth volume keeps dropping

So I spent hours messing with different settings. Nothing seems to have helped. I tried different programs to play music, I tried three different headsets. All would do the same thing. At random points, it would just stop playing. I broke down and did a hard reset to no avail. I started...

So about a month ago my faithful of 2 years Note 5 went completely blank. Tech says it is alive and powers up, but the screen was dead. ? I survived the time with an old LG G2 that we keep around for just just incidents. Repair cost by the carrier was $225 if the screen was the only...

    Thread Battery swap (very doable)

I just did a battery swap on my Note 8. After having this tablet for 2+ years, the battery was just not lasting more than an hour. I got a battery from EBay, about $15.00 which included the tools to do this job. http://www.ebay.com/usr/smart_battery?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 Getting the back...

Post Number and Fingerprint lockscreen help

Thanks Thanks for the reply folks. I do get that it defaults to a code if the fingerprint fails. My reason is that I work in a lab where I am required to wear gloves, no option for fingerprint scanning, so I have to use an unlock code at work. My wish was that when I set it for...

Um, brand new from a store you should have no issue. I know mine only had 3% charge when I opened the box, so there was little I could do in store anyways.

Nice looking Launcher. A very nice option to keep the screen time under control. My brother uses and swears by Nova. One of the reasons I prefer Android over iOS is the way that you can highly customize your phone/tablet to your desires.
