I did a clean flash of newest ROM and can confirm that filter preview in Instagram does work for Feed uploads and Stories upload. Found "Xtended Updater" in the "System" settings. Hoping this will allow us to automatically update and dirty flash future in the future when this feature is released.

For anyone asking. Yes "OK Google" works without any additional steps after flash. Yes video does NOT work. Rarely the System UI will hang up and freeze require hard reboot.

Enable Developer Options and near the bottom there is option to change accent colour. Accent colour changing in style settings does not work.
