I mentioned this a couple of times in the past, but I wanted to provide photographic evidence this time! I try to set a wallpaper and it blends over to a non-existent second, third, or even fourth panel. It's a tad aggravating. =(

Anyone have a problem with setting wallpapers? I have an image that worked just fine on Android 10, but when I try to set it on this rom, it looks absolutely massive and overflows the screen, like it's incredibly zoomed in. Don't know if a bug or what. Thanks!

I installed this yesterday for the first time, and for some reason my battery absolutely tanked overnight despite very little use. I even had a battery saver app. When I woke up, it quickly drained from 15% to 0% in just a minute.

For me, this only worked when it recognized the mobile signal but the internet wasn't really working (the bar was full but an exclamation point was next to it). Switching on and off Airplane mode then got it to work.

It's kind of weird because when I was in Los Angeles for E3, I never experienced a signal drop issue when I was strictly on mobile data. However, when I hit Wifi at our rented place or came back home to the Wifi, the signal drops randomly and stays that way until I reboot. It's difficult to...

I messed up on something and had to do a full flash to my phone. Installed the latest Dirty Unicorn build and haven't had the mobile signal lost so far.

Sadly, the mobile signal is dropping all the time now.

Thing is, my phone defaults to having LTE (the only option other than 2G and 3G) and I don't have anything in SIM2, so that doesn't seem to help.

Still experiencing the network drop issue. Sometimes, rebooting the phone doesn't fix the issue, either. =[

Same problem. It's back with a vengeance. Any time I lose signal for a second, it loses it completely until a reboot.

Well, we can't have an incompatible phone. The first thread shows the two versions of the ASUS Zenfone 2 and that's what this ROM is for. The latest software is certainly more dependable on keeping a signal.

I don't have anything in the SIM2 slot so I don't think that will help me at all

Yeah, I tried doing that and it wouldn't reconnect. I'll try messing around with it some more and report back if I find anything contrary to what I experienced.

Tried the new flash. Gone the whole day without dropping signal (knock on wood) whereas it dropped at least four times yesterday, and it does seem even smoother. Great work!

You can't remove the Google Search bar from the home screen, not unless you switch to a different launcher app like Nova Launcher.

I am having the same problem. It was also what happened with Resurrection Remix, so maybe it's that the ASUS Zenfone 2 does not like 6.0.1. It recognizes I have a SIM card in my phone, but no network coverage whatsoever. Tried turning on and off Airplane mode, and still have the same issue...

Getting a call causes the phone to reset and the sim card bugs out after a while. I'd say avoid this ROM entirely.

Yeah, that's just the thing. There's no way for me to flash it, it seems. I can't unlock the bootloader, and when I go to flash it using Recovery, it just tells me it can't mount the cache. E: so on and so forth.

lol, I don't think it's that. I have tried it out of a cold reboot do to messing around with the different tools that are available, and each time I tried it things hung there. =[

I tried to format userdata and cache, and both hang at "erasing" without any indication of moving further.

I have tried two different cables and moved it around to different USB ports per past suggestions. It just seems to stop when I go to format the cache like it won't mount. Maybe the memory became corrupt. And sorry, I'd prefer not to do the team viewer, but I am following your directions...

Just for further clarification, I have been using the WugFresh Nexus Root Toolkit, and when I try to erase userdata, it stops right there. Same with when I try to use CMD to fastboot erase userdata.
