    The main issue here is that we don't know if marcomarinho is still active in PA development . Besides that the next release is Android 11, which in AOSPA's plans is Ruby release. The issues that are present in this build, if not critical, I don't think will be fixed.

    Maybe they delayed the release of this update because they're planning to release soon the Oreo update with all the necessary patches and improvements which OxygenOs 4.7.4 needed

    It's enabled the normal optimisation, if you want you can enable the advanced one which permits to reduce the standby battery drain

    I've to report that also for me the battery life seems worse with this update, maybe it's just an impression because the battery management has to update its data. As solution if the problem is not solved after one day of usage you can downgrade to 4.7.4 downloading from the official website...

    Did you change something related to kernel? Have you installed some new apps recently? If you can't resolve this battery drain try to clean cache and dalvik cache partitions using twrp. if your problem doesn't disappear try a clean flash.

    Maybe is related to dirty flash, you may have to do a clean flash You can also try GPS fix to test if it doesn't obtain information from satellites

    Snapdragon Camera is optimized for CAF roms, because it uses some camera HAL optimizations which are not present in Aosp version of Android. CAF is a particular version of android which is optimized especially for devices whith snapdragon CPU. So take a rest and wait, marcomarinho is working...

    Su Hide doesn't work since November Security Update, you have to flash the entire rom (No delta update), then download from Play store Magisk, then download and flash Magisk and enable Magisk su hide

    You need UKM support, you need to flash it, look in XDA for flashable zip for hammerhead

    In this case battery draining may be caused by wrong cable connection, try to connect it and avoid to use it for a while, and check if your issue reappears

    You are using Twrp 3.0.2-0 for Hammerheadcaf, as you can read in your pic, you need to flash latest twrp for Hammerhead, which is 3.0.3-0

    There's an issue in latest build, if I set 3G network instead of 4G in data settings this setting won't be applied on boot, I've to return in mobile data settings and it auto changes into 3G It's complicated to explain :rolleyes:

    Hammerhead version of CM is still officially in development, HammereadCAF is not officially in development but it can be still updated with latest cm updates and commits using an unofficial server, so we won't have an official HammereadCAF version but an excellent unofficial one. ----------...

    You can't run CAF version because the 3rd party LCD screen doesn't have stock frame rate which this room needs. Btw if you use aosp version I think that you will not notice any type of difference

    Live Display is a quiet good feature, because it uses GPS for set automatically right screen calibration. you may release a test version with Night Light and another one with stock cm Live Display. I could test it if you need a tester

    I've never get this issue using my wall charger, have you set something related to fast charge using synapse? And have you done a clean flash? If this issue will return please report a logcat because it could be useful to Dev for understanding this issue

    •) Random restarts: It could be caused by not stable kernel settings, have you changed something? •)Live Display: If you have set it in automatic mode it will set itself using your position for obtaining sunset-sunrise times. You can set it manually from its settings •)Torch: for me it works...
