Its very simple just boot into the recovery mode ,simply wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition+wipe dalvik+ format system And After this flash the rom that you want in your device:victory:

I think your phone may be soft bricked.....but just its my own thinking you may try another procedure also.:confused:

EDIT- Subway Surfer is only Support GB ROM Or Some Modded ICS But Bit Laggy in ics roms becoz its not ported properly with armv7 features.So If you want this game you first install best modded gb rom:victory::victory:

Speaker Phone Bug is always consider as a when you putting the speaker on loud while calling:o:o

First you check which recovery you use. kitkit 4.4.2 is only support ClockworkMod Recovery 6.4.0.6 this recovery. Then you flash this but you already do this then may be your downloaded ROM is corrupted.when you downloading ROM. :( So better you download again and flash it. But before flashing...
