Thanks, that solved the problem for me! I've flashed TWRP and CWM, but after rebooting into recovery mode there was always the CM stock recovery. After unchecking this in the dev settings it worked as it should. :)

I don't think so. As long as you're on an official ROM it doesn't matter if you're rooted or not.

Yes, I'm rooted and I'm su in Terminal Emulator. Then there's this message: flash_image: not found But the file is on the root of the sdcard, named recovery.img ... And when navigating to /sdcard via Terminal Emulator and typing ls I see the recovery.img-file...

Yes, it helped me too. :) After this I flashed the nvflash-version of ICS (can be found in the OP). Now I have ICS and it's just great. I just miss the Asus-keyboard and the weather-widget (I'll look for it, maybe it works if I extract it from a HC-ROM).
