That's exactly what I have, but I can get LTE fine. My guess is it's either a ROM issue (I don't have the same ROM as you do, but I'm guessing it was based on the stock OTA that was released three weeks back), or you don't have the appropriate network mode set (GSM/HSPA perhaps?).
