Hey guys, some how on one of my wifis the youtube app does not play any videos, but rather there is an error message reading: "there was a problem with the network"... Any ideas, mobile network and on other wifis work...

Hi, does anybody know if it is possible to update the phone if it is rooted and has a third party kernel over OTA to the next version of android (the ROM is still stock)? My bootloader is also unlocked and it has TWRP recovery on it. Thank you

Yeah, im not saying that it is impossible, in this case we are lucky we got a developer who is working on a KitKat port, but it is not officially from HTC and this is what the thread is about i guess.

Im sorry to have to say this but there is no way HTC would even care, nor would we get enough people to actually make this possible. But we do have some devs currently working on 4.4 for the legend.

I just noticed that its impossible to install any gapps or regular appps, it keeps saying there is not enough space... That means I don't have the play store etc and I can't install anything... Any solution?

Yeah, its pretty stable now, but sadly the update did not fix the external sd card issue and now the camera doesnt work.... but great work :good:

I still have the issue that the storage menu crashes and external sd cards are not recognized. Furthermore the home button does not work on the newest version...

I noticed using the ROM that external SD cards do not work and that the "Storange" settings always crash.

Yes, the sound is still and issue. But in both 10.1 and 10.2 I don't really get screen flickering anymore.

I think it is possible to use the ROM daily, however focal is a bit messed up. i dont know about bluetooth (dont use it), but i know wifi works. otherwise everything is the same as cm 10.1.

Yeah, it works now with adb and apps. Try updating to the jb bootloader, worked for me:laugh:

I am afraid that updating the superuser wont help. I get the message to re-root. However we do not have a way to root the device on 4.3...

Okay, thank you. I installed the ROM and I must say it is very stable for an expirimental. However I have problems with root, I don't get the prompts I used to get when doing something requiring root. Secondly I noticed that photosphere (focal) doesn't work, but at least it doesn't crash. Also...

Great. Thank you. I saw that it's already online and I installed it but even after a factory reset the system ui and several other vital processes crashed. So right now the newest version is unusable :(. I hope u find a solution, and thank you for your great work:good:

There is a problem with portrait mode. To fix it open your settings, got to developer options and disable hw overlay. That should fix things And RC 5 is out

No. Only stock roms have Dolby at the moment.

How to change ui to tablet UI? There is not tablet ui in cm10.1, just like on stock.
