Ok, thanks for the help. So I tried 3x times your instructions (+ the ones from original post) and my conclusion is whatever you do, it WON'T WORK with the "stock" version of OpenGapps. It works fine with the "nano" and the "full" (same as stock but don't remove the AOSP default apps). So...

And if we have Gapps crashes / issues with fresh installs (Not OTA related)... ? What can we do ? The current Instructions don't work neither deleting "runtime-permissions.xml" neither alternative methods given by members. Gapps always fails...

Thank you so much dknk99 ! Already tried first link as I did couple weeks ago but it worked back then with older versions of the aosp/Gapps, now it didn't work. But manually deleting the runtime-permissions.xml did the job ! (I did it via TWRP via the File Manager ).

Gapps issues, need new fresh instructions on OP for installing Google apps. Nothing works like it should with the current instructions. After an issue with a system update (loop boot), I had to start from scratch. I tried pretty much everything with the last aosp, rom install fine but whatever...

lol, they have everything working (stable) for their Legend. They are lucky ! Can't we take some fixes (Bluetooth, Wifi and so on...) from their build or from CM9 ?

It's seems that either the video player is broken or / and the video decoder is broken. I installed MX Player + Codec (ARMv6) and it can play the videos but very slowly (few fps) and with a degraded quality. Something is wrong at the low level part. The hardware decoding doesn't happen... Does...

I always had the white squares bug in GB rom (Elelinux builds). Google Maps on GB sucks. It's time to switch to ICS guys ! Works faster and maps is no more bugged !
