I've installed the ROM and I've noticed the alarms are missing. I tried flashing the alarm fix but it doesn't seem to have worked. The files are in the right location, the phone won't recognise anything in the media/alarms folder. Should I try flashing manually?

if you want a clean lollipop install, why not just factory reset? that'll bring everything back to stock and has been said to help performance and battery when upgrading from KK. I factory reset at the same time as the upgrade and I haven't had any issues.

Update and follow it up with a factory reset. It's what I did. worked, but just fyi the reset takes a while. so don't freak out if it seems to have hung, just leave it do its thing.

Can be done, but wouldn't recommend it. The changes between kk and lp firmwares are quite big, so expect a lot of things to be broken in the rom.
