Did you install the P925 or P920 (Optimux 3D) version of CM? If you're on a GB baseband, make sure you install the P920 version and NOT the P925 version. I had the same problem.

I can't do anything in refurbish cause NCS doesn't detect my phone's product code so it can't look up any updates for it. I CAN hit recovery and after going through all the steps my phone restarts when I hit "Start" in NCS recovery. NCS waits for a while then that damn instruction screen pops up.

Recovered through NCS? I'm trying that but it doesn't work. I think it might have to do with NCS not being able to find my phone's product code. It refuses to flash the device since it can't match my non-existent product code to the firmware's product code. Is there another method of flashing?
