Post [VMWare Image][9-DEC-2011] Android AOSP/ROM Developer Environment

I have nothing against it and it may even be useful in case of emergency when you can not access a linux machine, but as stated by @S suxeN the first step for any dev would be learning to create their own dev enviroment.

Post Any light rom for making device be fast ?

As a general rule if you don't know what it is you don't need it  for the most part it is there to protect your phone and only devs actually need it. If you were to make you phone s-off there would be a much greater chance of ending up with a bricked phone. s-on locks low level access so it's...

The desire out sold the legend 10 fold on release this forum is bearly alive compared to the desire's. The wildfire sold like hot cakes because of the price so unless they priced the legend at £250-£275 it would fail just like this 1 did. Don't get me wrong I would like to see a legend s but...

Thanks glad it helped. Cheers m8 Might not be the best way but it was the only way I managed to root mine on 1.01. Fist FroYo is 2.2 not 3.5 and Eclair is 2.1 not 1.3 but yes it is to downgrade to Eclair so that you can root and then upgrade back to FroYo so you end up with rooted FroYo.
