This happens to my LG G Watch (square one) too, but I don't even need to get a notification to keep the screen on, since I installed the _wear_ios app, i always have to cover the whole screen with my palm to turn the screen off.

Try to boot into recovery mode and flash LPF package (including PIT, Bootloader,..) via Odin, and remember : TURN OFF any antivirus or firewall or anything that is running on your PC.

Actually, this happened twice, since I don't like Samsung's widget and Gallery and stuff so I deleted them all, but then I realized I couldn't set wallpaper for lockscreen (Gallery thing) and the alarm was missing. So I tried to push Gallery.apk and DigitalClockWidget.apk back to /system/app/...
