This is the recovery file I used. Place it in the recoveries folder and rename it Recovery.img Then follow the rest of the instructions in post #8 (don't forget to fastboot boot.img after rom install). I've just done it myself. Thanks OP.

update on max payne, been going back & forth with support for a few days.

Happened to me the other day, it crashed out 3 times, restarted phone, it crashed again then HTC error report came up, sent in and the camera worked.. That was last saturday, hasn't happened again.

Seems to detect light levels, It's dark near my PC and the buttons were on, went into the kitchen and the lights dimmed out.

been playing Asphalt 6 for 45 min and screen still on downloading Max Payne, not hot at all. My Legend can get hot quick. edit, about an hour of Asphalt and Max Payne it got pretty hot!

Just to make sure, you have HTC Sync 2.0.33, correct? At the red !, try vol up + power (should bring you to custom recovery screen, every time I reboot to recovery I need to do that). Select wipe/factory reset, then go to flash zip from sd and rootedupdate.zip. (assuming file name)
