Yup, have the same problem, I think it was after some heavy bt headset use. Clean install, install cm9 - no go. Just after a few clean reinstalls different roms, speaker start working again. Now @ .22 all works fine. But I don't use bt headset anymore... Weird glitch indeed. there is hope...

Hello! I make a call to my MIUI 1.11.4 Desire S (installed with full wipe) - the call is accepted with first ring (by displaing onscreen phone app), but melody starts playing only after second ring. This is "call delay" problem? Or something else?

wildtouch It's by design, you can't delete stock icons - you can just move them into folders. If you want to delete them from homescreens you should install LauncherPro, ADW etc...
