    If anyone is interested, I made this mod for Jelly Bean 4.1.1 which shows H+/4G icon when connected to HSPA+ network. plus icons turn blue with the signal bar when connected to google services. this is for JB 4.1.1 only. FCs on 4.1 Copy SystemUI.apk to /system/app/ and change permissions...
