Yes, clearing data and cache from settings > apps helped. everything works now normally. Also as extra I had to delete the previous .apk from /system/app Thanks :)

It fixes the colour bars and cut off notifications, but it doesn't allow me to change toggles, I only have "Me" and "Settings" i try to add more and apply but after systemui restarts it doesnt change anything. I flashed this zip onto the old version. Do you think its because of that?

Hi, from what I understand in order to UN-ROOT phone, come back to stock/original factory state phone, I have to change CID to HTC__01 (which I didnt have to do it since my One S already has that . ) and then re-lock it by "fastboot oem lock" . so then you will be able to flash RUU onto HTC ONE...
