Worked out what it was. Turning the Weather on for the lock screen pushes everything down rather than filling the space.

How long have you left it on CM7 boot screen? Can take a while for first boot. What error do you get when trying to go into recovery? Have you checked your SD card is good?

I think it is to do with space. I have now got it working. Try this. 1. Boot into recovery and remove maps from /system/app 2. Install Darktremor's a2sd 3. Reboot With luck it will now be working. If you want maps just reinstall from the Market.

Yeah I did but it does not replace the actual phone app, they just replace the dial pad, etc by the looks of it.

Well on mine it's here Go to the facebook App-> Menu -> Settings -> Sync Contacts Choose Sync With existing contacts.

Camcorder does work. I had to reset phone to defaults and clear cache to solve FC error.

Hi, Gave the camera a go but with that APK the camera does not even show up in the app drawer.

You need to start clockworkmod via update.zip

Are you running Launcherpro or something like that?

When I have my Legend plugged in on Windows 7 and at recovery I see in device manager. My HTC under Android Devices using driver 2.0.7.1 provided by HTC.

Whenever I have had a device not found error in recovery it's because HTC sync was not installed even though the USB drivers has been installed from the android SDK This post has a link to the version you should use. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=894465

Manged to fix it!!! Loaded CM6 via recovery then managed to get Clockwork Mod to install. All running nicely now, thanks for the help!!!!!

Thanks for the info!! I have managed to root and install 2.1 but I can't get Clockwork Mod Recovery to work. I donwloaded the ROM manager and told it to flash recovery, I don't think that worked as I can't reboot into it. Any idea? Phone appears to be rooted as I an SU to it and also...
