Exactly this. Using a delay and unlocking the phone before the governor kicks in works fine though. Haven't had a random reboot in days so that workaround works fine for me. Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk

Empty memory is useless memory... Android auto kills the oldest app in memory when you run out. You can't specify the video format in the default camera. If you really need mp4 you might need to start using a 3rd party camera app. Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk

To get better qualiity install (power saving) and enable viper4androidFX. The biggest problem with sound on miui is that it stutters when the screen is off. I worked around it by changing the governor to interactive 860 min. I know it isn't a fancy solution, but it has worked so far.

Just disable them under settings->apps. Disable the updater app also. It tries to update with the official sense based miui version, which is horribly slow. Those chinese apps which are located in the 'more apps' folder are just shortcuts. You can get rid of them by dragging the icon to the...

Do you get any output with "adb devices"? When you don't (and your phone has debugging enabled), it may as well be a driver problem. (quick tip: add the antroid-tools folder to your PATH) I personally can't find my phone on Windows anymore after the 4.2 update, so I just use an Ubuntu...

1GB of ram will certainly be enough. More ram only helps with multitasking. Furthermore, I've heard that there are quite a few compatibility problems with the MTK combined with 2GB ram. Those 2gb will really prove their value by the time android 5.0 comes out, but I doubt the C2 (or 980 for...
