It would seems so since the radio on v29 is completly broken with my carrier (bouygues telecom - france).

..... I mean it keep re-ticking on => if i untick Auto-Rotation (so it's disabled) and reboot the phone, it will be ticked on again...

Shame on me, I was completly wrong, i just had skipping @ 87%, and i just remembered that yesterday, in the morning i was at 40% and had no skipping.

Oh ! i've completly forgot to think about checking the battery percentage when i got skipping, but i think it is below ~80-70 too.

"just go back to gingerbread, no other solutions here." I have no skipping on JellyBean... Although i figured that there is something with the current time, it might sound stupid, but in the morning i have no skipping at all, and then after midday, it begin to skip, this is a very awkward...

No Just find a HTC stock rom for your legend, then update the rom via OTA if needed, then try to apply the hboot update, after that use the htcsupertoolv3 to gain perm root, and if you want, flash cwm fastboot to access cwm as recovery.

Do you have widgetlocker, by any chance ? Or a lockscreen replacement which disable the notification bar during the "slide to unlock" state ?

Your HTC Launcher may be corrupted, try installing ADW or LauncherPro, to see if something happens when you push Home button. Edit : You can also try "Home switcher for froyo"
