Post [ROM] Android Revolution HD 6.0 | High Quality & Performance | O/C | Legendary

Thank you! This is possibly the BEST rom for Incredible S. I've tried most of 4.X roms here on this forum, and I keep coming back to this rom. I wish, however, that the firmware link would be available. Any chance that a mirror might be provided for download? :)

Post Root and install Rom on Hboot 2.02.002 S-ON

I had no idea I had to do that. All I am doing is installing the rom thru 4ext recovery. So Should I flash the boot.img contained on each ROM zip file?

Post Root and install Rom on Hboot 2.02.002 S-ON

Other ROMs? Quick question though: why am I not able to flash other roms besides this MIUI rom? :/ I tried the latest version of MIUI and I kept getting android.phone crashes and when I tried a different ROM (such as Project X or CoolDroid) I'm stuck on a bootloop... Help?

I haven't but I'll def. give it a try... if it works... I'll most likely give up the sense rom :D

Honestly speaking, the ONLY reason I'm still using a sense based rom is because with a sense based rom i've got the People app... :/ Until I find a phonebook that has the same social integration powers as People, I move to CM LOL

I've tried it... my problem comes down to the social integration of my address book :s it kinda bums me that I can't link my contacts... Unless there's an option on stock android and I'm too much of a n00b to get it :x

that's too bad.. I actually wanted to try this... but the one thing that made me run away from CM7 and go back to blaY0 (sense based rom) was the dialer and the people app :/ Do you think in a near future, you'd be able to port those them? :)

Post [rom][xperia arc] arced 1.7 [DISCONTINUED]

just wondering, what dialer and phonebook does this rom have? stock android or ported SE's dialer and phonebook?

Post [ROM] B 0.8.4 based on stock HTC FroYo (04/13/2011)

First off, THANK YOU Blay0 for this wonderful rom :) Tbh, after hours of trying to downgrade my legend and later rooting it (thanks to my lack of knowledge), I thought that installing CM6 or CM7 would please me... but later I understood that I missed the People app that HTC Sense offered (yes...

Post Unbranded Legend getting Froyo in few days

Just wondering... does rooting your phone void your warranty? Coz I read somewhere that it would void your warranty IF you handed your rooted phone to them (in case you needed it to get repaired)... and I can't help but wonder "Can't they tell whether a phone has been rooted and then UNrooted...

Post Unbranded Legend getting Froyo in few days

Ok. NOW I am confused. I emailed HTC since my case is a bit more complicated (or at least I think it may be) - I bought my phone is Hong Kong but am currently in Portugal studying: will there be a delay for me to get the update? Their answer? "Kindly note that for the time being we have no...

Post Unbranded Legend getting Froyo in few days

I would kinda agree with you.. but then again, I believe that there will be more manufacturers that will drop their branded ROM's and opt for vanilla ROM (plain ol' Android OS)... take MotoBlur for example, there are talks of the future of Motoblur (whether it will still exist, or simply they'll...

Post Unbranded Legend getting Froyo in few days

Hahahaha! Well, I do wonder if they work weekends, coz if they don't then I bet we are getting it by November 30th LOL God, I honestly don't get it how HTC can take so long to release froyo to unbranded users..

Post Unbranded Legend getting Froyo in few days

I disagree with the fact that vodafone customers got the update first. We are direct customers, we did pay more to get the phone. I don't get it how HTC thinks that customers would just shut up and take it as "fair" that some users get froyo and others don't... I too am using Handcent SMS but...

Got my phone unlocked and sim-free in Hong Kong and am currently in Portugal and under Vodafone's network... no update until now. I wonder WHEN will updates roll... :s I'm honestly sick of waiting and don't understand how can an update take THIS long when it's *done* ...
