lol ew.. ICS is horrible with battery. Of all the JB setups I'm getting the best battery life by far with Viper and Elemental.

I can also confirm the German T-Mobile radio works like a charm. No dropouts of reboots so far :D

I'm still having signal drops and reboots even with 2.15, the Telstra 1.26a radio, and a fresh rom and kernal flash. I guess I might try the 1.31a German radio unless someone has any other suggestions? :confused:

I went back to a stock rom and started manually debloating it but I deleted too much and now "Personalize" isn't working. I already put HomePersonalize.apk and HomePersonalize.odex back into system/app but I still don't have the app appearing in the drawer and it's not working via settings...

I've tried flashing jac0bs kernel and both the normal and novc rohan kernels and to keep things simple lets just say I've been using the app "Flash Image GUI" to do it. For some reason after rebooting nothing changes, I don't understand why literally nothing happens. I'm running Cyanogenmod 10.

I followed his instructions exactly and the kernel remains unchanged. The app called Flash Image GUI mentioned something about unlocking the phone flash memory prior to flashing any custom kernels... or something? I don't believe I've done that so could that have something to do with the kernel...

ok nevermind, i fixed it! thanks heaps for you help ramjet73, all i needed was the right RUU and then do the whole PG86IMG.zip flash in bootloader thing blah blah and yeah it worked like a charm. why the hell did i have a european baseband version on there.. haha weird

ok so the new RUU does not work either, same "unknown error" rubbish after it tried to reboot into bootloader. i guess now I will try flashing it and then running the RUU? im not sure what else to try.. anyone else have any ideas? also thanks so far for the help

yeah nah i tried all that. downloaded the RUU from another site and it actually runs, but now this RUU (and any of the others ive got) cant actually connect with the phone. im gonna assume its because i uninstalled htc sync because its a stupid ass useless program which apparently uninstalled my...

damn, now im stuck using cm6 :( which is annoying cause i recently put on the newest cm6 cause the version i had was slowing down and well yeah now the phone doesnt vibrate which is annoying. no matter what i do it will not vibrate when i get a message or when someone calls me which is annoying...
