Try this. 1) flash zoe and choose dirty flash. dont choose to flash magisk. then choose whatever options u want. 2) after done, flash magisk 16.4 and reboot.

Which rom are you using? Link is working fine man.. Use browser mode or use a pc to download.. Are you saying that you didn't receive notification from whatsapp? I don't have this issue.. There could be other reason as to why you are not receiving notification like amplifying google/apps...
