I've tried to create a similar 4.3 version of the ROM without any success. I follow similar steps as I had for 4.1 and leaked 4.3 rom, but in TWRP it warns that no OS is installed. I'm assuming that Samsung has moved critical data to other system partitions? Would be interested in collab.

To the OP; do you have logcat of the camera crashes? I'm sure this is common to all Note 2 variants.

Did you skip the files (lib) that weren't present in the n7000 rom? or still include them?

I tried to port the rom using the guide provided but went into a strange boot loop that didnt quite make it to the samsung screen, but continues to vibrate with a strange pattern. Unfortunately I didn't log cat. The exercisr is ****ly useless until a more complete leak surfaces

Not sure if it is placebo, but despite the image preview in camera not being visible, it seems like there is actually less noise in low light images captured. Also, one small request for RB, can you please set default clockspeed back to 1ghz?

Safe to say the A9192 (telus dhd and AT&T inspire 4G) have inverted touchscreen (vertical axis only) due to different touchscreen drivers. Whether it is kernel or driver related, I'm not sure. Also the soft keys are unresponsive. Thanks for your efforts!

NOOB question, but what file in the zip creates the init.spade.rc ? Is it init.goldfish?

Good problem solving on your part. I'll fix MMS size, add 3D widgets to the default layouts of Telus and ATT, and perhaps jump to EXT4.

Quite simply you can't. You're a real except ny flashing something afterwards. Telus DHD and Inspire 4G are both A9192 but the former is PD981400 and the later is PD981200. Unless you're trying to run an ATT specific app this should not matter. I also run a Telus DHD on another carrier. Yes...

Nice ROM, I flash and cook quite a bit and this is one of the better ROMs I've tried. RF performance is pretty weak in Toronto though. Signal bounces between 3G and H frequently even with appropriate radio and reboots

No need to. The new base is much improved over 3.06 though. UPDATE: I finally got dualmic working properly on 3.12 and am pulling down impressive download speeds. Next tweaks will be WiFi and GPS, and battery life.

Been working on 3.12 based release, clocking 1625 quadrant score on stock kernel and ext3. Also working on further porting A9192 specific files to 3.12 base.

Yes, but i also increased pointer speed. The album now somewha renders preview views now to, if you tap and drag. I assume its only the 2D parts that work and 3D is still broken. Im on latest criminal build and LM kernel, A9192 DHD

I also went to settings > developer options and enabled force gpu rendering.

Guys, just an observation and it may very well be a placebo but; settings > language and input > mouse/trackpad input speed ... crank this up! Is DHD still register TS as pointer? Thanks again to all the devs. Hopefully we can port libgles from xperia or touchpad

Have you tried unmounting the SD from the settings menu and then remounting? I haven't had any such issue, but then again I recently formatted my SD card too. Have you tried another card?

For best results yes, always match RIL to radio, and this is contains the 3.06 RIL for the radio mentioned above.

Thanks for the kind words. I always stick with the stock kernel, though any sense based kernel based on 2.35 should work. Try Virtuous kernel if you want to overclock.
