I gave up waiting and flashed it manually. Was pretty painless actually, only took an hour overall (dling the flash program and the flash files, setting phone up etc.) You dont have to root or have the bootloader unlocked either (which I had assumed wrongly you needed to in order to flash.)...

I had this same problem, even with a case. Used some ripped up bits of thick paper you get from the tear-offs from a wage slip and it hasn't happened since. Im happy its easily solved but a little miffed that its obviously a design issue. :rolleyes:

Try turning the phone off and removing the battery and re-inserting. This seemed to sort the same issue I had (30% > 1% then shutdown).

Looks amazing! Im happily going to drop my HTC Legend with the latest CM rom for this, Im not even going to be worried about any future xda rom support, that camera app alone will make up for any loss in customization.

Yes I understand how the app works, but that isnt what I was pointing out. Im hoping a release in the future will have the control like the HTC system with just holding your thumb over the optical sensor being enough to start a focus.

Well, i updated after your reply but im afraid there isnt much of a change on the focus side. Least it isnt like it was on the htc camera, just having your thumb over the optical track ball does not focus the shot, pressing the trackball and holding seems to be as close as you can get. Ah...

in 0.6 of this rom does the hold to focus work in the camera app? Or is it still the same point click and hope for focus in time as 0.5 was? Either way keep up the good work Ali!

Just tried to install this on Azure 0.5 for legend rom. My legend just stays on the bootscreen now >< feck. Such a shame looks like a really good theme.

Sorry, i was referring more towards the GPU being actively used by the UI front end. Im using a Legend with Azure's cyanogen mod (froyo) things are pretty slick but I can tell when there are slowdowns, but the worst offender is definately the web browser. The best example I can find is going...
