What fixed if for me was to disable a lot of the default apps added to the phone through adb. I was trying everything and that was what solved it. I am not entirely sure which apps (have the list at home on my pc) but in general anything that is not stock android and just added by HTC (like Alexa)

did you specifically clear cache for sense home? I meant that you should close all running programs and restart the phone after these. it solves it for me every time the drain comes back I am on the .24 update, that messes up the navbar

I had this in the EU now as well. it is a bit disappointing that the white navbar is here with this update as well. it seems like a bug. if I go to Spotify that usually is black, and now white. however when I exit the app, the navbar switches for a second to black. I really hope this gets fixed...

can you please check what is the google play services version? it might have updated that (as far as I see the EU version uses the Nougat play services) I think if it was the hdr10 update, they'd list it

I think I solved the issue. I usually only use data, leave location on (battery saver mode without wifi scanning, Google location history enabled). the thing that likely solved it for me was to reset the network settings. Settings/System/Reset/Network settings reset it goes to sleep...

what exactly was the issue? which cache did you clean? just the app, or phone cache in recovery? how did the drain appear, under cell standby drain?

I think it might have to do something with location services and network strength. the network is not the strongest in the room I sleep, but I never had such a horrible drain with any phone

hi, does anybody else have huge cell standby drain? it consumes most of my battery at around 27% over a day. 10% of it happened overnight. I am still testing for wakelocks and signal strength, but I hope someone had this issue already, and maybe found a solution. also merry Christmas :)

in the options if you check double tap to wake it says you have to tilt it up. it isn't exactly the best solution, but it works for me. if I trigger the AOD, double tap or swipe up will work for me fine. the biggest problem I had so far was the split screen mode. on default display size you...

double tap to wake seems to be tied to the motion sensors. you have to lift the phone and it will work fine then (it is a bit finnicky even then). if you just have it laying down on a desk, it barely registers

I think that is actual deliveries though. the current rumors are that the shipping starts on the 15th (which makes sense as this would be the same timeline as the U11 was), so the actual deliveries would occour around the 20th.
