So my phone it's at 95% battery and I have the battery saver mode set to activate at 15% .. BUT it's activated at 95 % .. I played around and activated, deactivated and did a wipe partition cache and it doesn't work .. any help??? Stock ROM Android 8..

So from yesterday I'm having some hiccups when I open Google app.... Is this normal... Could it be related that I installed Adguard app? I installed it yesterday but it's not running... I already cleaned the cache on the app and wiped partition cache...see attached pic.. ( I have it in night...
