Rumrunners S-off Unfortunately Rumrunners S-Off doesn't work for the 8060 ATM. I have been told by Lau that the work is currently in progress to S-Off our devices. Not sure when it will be ready. Pretty soon hopefully.

Gottcha. Is there a way to fully lock the the loader for this phone again? or a patch to get the figerprint sensor up and running? If not I might just have to send the device to HTC for a reload. Main reason I unlocked it was that it would not load the most recent OTA with the stock recovery...

There are lots of sites out there. just be patient and make sure whoever you go with has great positive feedback from a wide range of individuals. I unlocked my rogers x10a for about $9.99 on eBay and it worked like a charm. Or try this site, they work very well...

Same here guys. Flashed the 2.1 nordic version and rooted my x10a the first day it came out, also reinstalled most of the original rogers software."my account, etc..". Phone is 10 times better than with 1.6. Everyone complains about battery problems, but they seem to forget its a smart phone...

I am Running into the same issue as well. as soon as i get 100% battery on charge i get a green steady light. Maybe that's how 2.1 has been programmed for the x10. I really don't have an issue with it, just that it might burn out my LED quicker than its supposed to.

spent most of the morning tweaking power consumption yeasterday. Installed advanced task killer, setcpu and autostart killer. Make sure you set the power profies in setcpu once installed. helps alot cause it efficently manages the proccessor, so its not running at full power all the time...

Pretty good battery life Been using my x10a right now for 24hrs, 3g"H" constantly on, Wifi on and off every few hours, extensive music play all day and night yesterday. Still have 47% battery life left. Sweet:)

It's called Power Tutor, I think. I found it on the market place, also what i found when using it on my x10 is that the lcd takes a hell of a lot of power, about 5 times as much of the CPU. What makes it worse is that when you enable automatic brightness the power usage jumps to twice the LCD...
