which rom u r on? try clear cache in recovery.

Then u have to place apk manually. after flashing zip extract apk from zip file and place it in system/pevapp set correct permissions and reboot.

Nothing special. First delete secgallery2013 from system/prv/app. delete odex file if ur on odex rom. also delete slidinggallery.odex file from system/app.then flash given zip from first page.
