Update: Without passing through another kernel it's ok, Wi-Fi it's present on first boot. I'll repeat if it can help someone. Flashing kernel in the same twrp session immediately after rom solve the problem.

i think this recovery didn't support encrypted phone, because, if you read my previous post, i don't have the screen where i type pin to read encrypted content. Before install this rom you didn't remove pin in settings>security? becaus in my installation, doing this permit to see the directories

No, i can't try because in recovery linked in OP it didn't appear pin input so the directories are encrypted and i can't install nothing! After coming back to twrp "classic" i have the message "could not mount /data and unable to find crypt footing"
