The LTE restrictions are software related. The file is configuring the snapdragon 808 chip. Unfortunately you need root to change this file. Different markets use different LTE bands. Especially when it is manufactured for a special carrier.

For the people who stuck at HTC logo: Which revorery do you use? TWRP or 4Ext? Did you wipe all partitions or did you format all partitions? I format all partitions with 4 Ext exclud. SDCard. I had no booting issues.

When you stuck at HTC Logo, that should not be a panel problem. Did you check you alingnment of partitions in recovery mode? Please make backup of SD Card before. Or use a blank old one. The issuse i found so far are: - icon grouping fails after reboot - loosing accouts afer reboot (Dropbox...
