I guess u are in boot loop. U can see the samsung logo but the phone wont boot up.I hope u have backup, cause the only thing you can do now is flashing stock rom(better the latest from samfirmware) and than the root and parandroid. Camera mod works on stock/custom DEODEXED jelly bean roms.

Probably not, cause its an old android version ICS 4.0.4. Why dont you upgrade to 4.1.2, which has many more features and its safer to use?!

Just install camera:mod.zip with CWM in custom recovery mode.It has to work or the phone wont boot/camera wont launch.

Dont install that. Trust me. Jst go to the Market store and get a free program called Home Screen Customizer. In that program just add panel Weather and u will have nice weather instead of poor accuweather and strange location code... U know what i menan. :D
