This what I was suffering from but it was from the gapps try to do flash the ROM without the gapps and keep it for couple days if the problem is gone then go into recovery and do the mega wipe which will leave u no files even the old once and the once of Samsung Go to mount and unmount section...

Sorry for disturbing but since cm ng beta 6a and I am facing too much heat it wasn't there on beta 6 I don't know about the normal beta without ng but tried to roll back to ng beta 6 and the heat and all other symptoms gas gone

Yep exactly the same As you have seen my phone But try not to pull out the battery Just keep pressing the power button for 10 sec and this will do the trick which will force restart and I think this is better than pulling out the battery And yes the rom is what is making me handle these...
