Doesn't work on NP with Android 7.x.x too

In my case (HU are always connected with phone bluetooth), if there are no sound from HU after standby, I do make fake call, say 123 and then after stopping it, HU sound is back. In my opinion it is related with bluetooth app, but I can be wrong. :cowboy:

I see. But in general problem is that last device (in my case it is mostly same phone all the time, no other devices are in use) is not connected or is not recognized as connected. Unfortunately Newsmy do nothing to resolve this bug and our only help is your investigations and changes :good:

What kind of audio issues do you have? If it is audio skipping by audio player and your music collection (usually quite large) are on SD card, then try to search this thread. There was different solutions for this. In general you have to tell to player App not to read whole library every time...

12V adapter I would not recommend it. First one I received, was already DOA - unsoldered and broken wires, broken paths on circuit plate. Second one seemed to work until ... bloved up. Naturally. I have to paint wall in that place now. I doubt also it can handle 2A as stated in description.

Try to search for first posts from Tuatara. I think he was mentioned something about unbricable of this box, unless you are not burned somethig out.

I agree with Zaphod Beeblebrox. Existing bluetooth contacts sync is not a sync. It works more like Import and do it in wrong way.

I would say - it is too reflective. I think there is no so much thing in brightness as reflectiveness of screen (wrong or cheap glass/material ... whatever). In shadow or at night there are plenty of brightness. Well, this is one of rare cons of this HU.

On my 2006 CR-V it looks like this with NU3001. As I think, NU5002 would fit better, but it was not for sale yet when I was buying.

I had some cases when simple switching off/on bluetooth app connection didn't help. As bluetooth connection from phone side works and is connected to HU, I suppose problem is in bluetooth app itself.

I did. All went smoothly. 1. flashed from xdAuto-1.0.9 to xdAuto-1.1.6b3.img with Batch tool. 2. Had to make couple of reboots, to start system normally. 3. Updated MCU from v.34 to v.40 Everything seems to work well for two days.

I have about 60GB music on local SD card. There were problems with Player Pro for me, like every time scanning for all songs and audio glitches (on Tuatara ROM). Now I am on XDAuto rom and using PowerAmp. Audio glitches happens very rarely, but song scanning every time device boots up still...

Should it notify of missed calls? I am not sure, because it works as hands free unit, not as fully equipped phone device. But, perhaps, I am wrong.

Well .. there is no Help>About :D to see version number. I installed it as update of stock one. No errors occurred. While getting Waze announcements, sound reduces. So, it is your apk. I tried specially PowerAmp because you mentioned it before :) Will check it again later on road to home.

BTW on my unit your modified radio apk do not stop when other media (poweramp) starts. Or I am missing something?

3rd part caller is needed only for possibility to make calls from address book or for seeing list of users while pressing dialer number buttons. There are issues when phone IS connected to BTHFD, but you can not make call from HU. Mostly at these cases, if you will take look on Bluetooth app...

Bluetooth dialing As Zaphod-Beeblebrox already said, it was discussed before. Use search and Wiki. Do not use "Sync cotacts" from bluetooth app. Do use Google contact sync or other way (importing for example). For dialing, use 3rd part dialers (ExDialer, pixel phone etc.) ;)

I have 1GB unit, now flashed to your 1.1.4.3 ROM and MCU v.34. Only issue which I hadn't before, in my opinion is connected with Viper4A. But with previous ROMs there wasn't Viper App, so I can not claim anything to only your rom :) Or, perhaps it's because my music are on 64Gb SD card...

BT issues I have same BT issues too time by time, but not so bad as with very first MCU and stock 1.0.9 ROM. I do not know where are implementations for BT (I think MCU is for that), but with MCU v.31 my BT problems gone away. Now with v.34 they appeared again, but not so often. ----------...

BT call volume can be changed only from Bluetooth App and, seems, only while or when you're on call (conversation).

Stock ROM updated from SD without wiping everything. Perhaps you can find needed answers in stock ROM? What will happen if I will try to flash stock Rom after increased partition? Nothing bad, or it will re-partition it back to 1 or 2Gb?
