Why does the video hang/lag/slow on Instagram Lineage OS 14.1 on board the Samsung S4 Mini I9195I? Something with LOS 14.1 is in the instagram application and cm 14.1 too, I upload the video shot on the camera and just downloaded from youtube and freezes, its for some reason in the instagram...- rvvvah
