It would be GREAT to have a Tasker/Locale plugin to read message text and maybe manipulate MMS attachment files. No other messaging app (or Tasker plugin) does this.

Feature request: mute a thread for a specified length of time, or on a set schedule. So, for example, my friends planning tonight's events won't distract me during a meeting for the next hour. Or, they keep waking me up at 2AM. I want emergency texts from, say, mom, but I want to block those...

Stipulated: I'm an idiot and didn't do my homework. OK, now that that's out of the way… Problem: I soft-bricked my I545 after installing the "upgrade to 5.01 and keep root" deodexed ROM. So I (the idiot) downoaded and installed the SBF for OC1. KingRoot isn't working for me. Question...

Phone is dead, hangs at the Samsung screen, so I can't. :crying:

Oops, must be LockMenu doing that for me...which I higly recommend, btw. The CM7 lockscreen is way better than stock, but LockMenu is better yet.

You could try Battery Circle from tjh Play store,. But it doesn't mod the existing battery display , just adds one as a notification.

I set up my WiFi connections with static IP addreses, and it helped a TON.

There's an app for that... almost Andmade Share gives you a configurable Share item where you can edit what appears in its sub-menu. Second-best to what the OP requested, but better than nothing. :( :)
