Does anyone else have this problem with the tablet having this speech thing on in the browser where like when u load webpages like the tablet wouldsay page loading and then page loaded.

In the browser like when I load webpages like the tablet would keep saying loading page and page loaded and I don't know how to turn it off. The only way for me to not hear it is by turning the volume all the way down but I don't want to do that
