Try ICS Browser + It is basically the stock browser with some extras, and It has a setting to show the navigation bar using 'short fling down'. It's the browser I seem to keep coming back to.

I do have it on mine. After the update I got the option to install it from Samsung apps as others have said. I don't use it though because it insists on the books being in a folder on the device. Jill

Love the blue status bar, but is there any way to space the back/home etc icons further apart (like the originals)? I have a couple of apps that hide/dim the system bar and just leave dots to indicate where the icons would be - but the dots don't line up with the icons on this theme.
