That is fully OK, it is absolutely normal behaviour - it should be like that... Android is upgrading message, counting apps, and device starts. It's same on all devices.

CF Root will trigger KNOX... Other previous solutions that were KNOX friendly so far do not work... So, so far it's either KNOX void either no root... +1 for CWM or TWRP - any custom recovery will be more than welcomed...

After rooting, tried to remove KNOX and its components... It seems that afterwards, device goes into bootloop... Had no success in identifying which knox component triggers this behavior... Only solution is to flash again... Other apks for debloat are standard for other sammy devices.

Yes, deodexing and rooting is just a plus, what I need is CWM / TWRP flashable zip, because this kind of file is easy to debloat... So, the answer is yes with a plus ;)

True, the biggest trick is that odin (3.04, 3.07) do not necesseraly successfully flash non-hlos.bin file, evethough it is present. Did anybody tried with heimdall? Cannot understand why sometimes non-hlos.bin is successfully flashed, sometimes not, and odin gives no error. I assume it is not...

If you flashed that multi csc package, cscs are in there. You need root for CSC changer. Did you flash prerooted version?

Did you try Samsung Galaxy S / S2 / S3 CSC by Manniakk? Needs root naturally.

WiFi issue, modem on i9505 Issue with no wifi is caused since now, with current roms, modem.bin and NON-HLOS.bin have to be from the same package. Unfortunatelly, not always even stock roms, during odin flash, apply non-hlos.bin file. So, this is the solution, at least for XXUBMEA revision...

i9505 working Just to inform. I changed use_this_version.txt to 1.4.2; changed GT-I9505 file in edify_defs from fix_boot2=yes to fix_boot=yes. Rooted, busybox, zipalign. Deodexed Email separately, changing api to 16 within kitchen. Flashed with twrp 2.5.0.2. Success - it works.
