Wiped data, installed rom, reinstalled TWRP, rebooted got vendor image error, rebooted back into twrp and flashed correct vendor image, reboot into OS and no SuperSU. Reboot into twrp and flash super SU SR5, reboot and no SuperSU. I did this a couple times and still not SuperSU. What am I doing...

I unlocked my verizon bootloader with the dePixel8 method then I rooted the phone like everyone else. How would I go about putting the google software and bootloader on it and getting rid of Verizon all together?

The only thing I miss out of the PEH rom is the stock email app. I prefer to use that over the gmail app. The PEH rom doesn't have it.

Are there any advantages of one over the other?

I had the exact same issues and after doing this rom everything is 1000 times better. Just be prepared to use a 3rd party sms app until he fixes the messenger issue. Aside from that it's butter. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk

I had the same issues with mine and the stock messaging app. I could receive texts but couldnt send and could receive it send pics. I switched to Textra and that works fine, aside from that this is the best my S7 has run since I got it.

I'll admin even after a complete flash back to stock, then rooting it and apply the V2 zip in this thread I still have a slight lag, but I had a slight lag with the phone before I rooted it. Hopefully when roms become available I won't have any lag.
